Amphitheater The amphitheater is available for tenant use on a first come first serve basis. Please submit your reservation via the web at Corrigo or in person. The capacity of the room is 64 people. There will be a charge of $50 per hour, $100 per half day (4 hours) and $200 per day. There is a cancellation fee of the full reserved amount with notice less than 48 hours. 100 Crosby Drive Cafeteria Cafeteria hours are as follows: Breakfast: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am- 10:30 am Outdoor Facilities There is a picnic area located outside the cafeteria area that is open to all tenants. For functions, please contact the management office to reserve times for use. The building is located on 52 acres, much of it conservations land. Walking and jogging trails are located behind the building and access is available from the Cafeteria and fire road. Basketball Courts There are basketball courts (one full court and a half court) available on a first come, first serve basis.
